Visitando questa minuscola mostra di MERLETTI e TESSUTI ANTICHI e NUOVI è stato subito evidente che quando l'arte si fa donna il MIRACOLO è inevitabile!
E' stato sufficiente aprire i battenti di un antico monastero e metterlo a disposizione di un gruppo di SPLENDIDE SIGNORE di diverse generazioni ed ecco che cosa ne è nato: UNA MERAVIGLIA!!!!

Also that picture where the lady makes that beautiful lace, could be my mom. She has the skill and talent to make lace with those wooden sticks. We in Finland call the method "nypläys". And usually we use thread made from linen. Have a wonderful Advent time my friend!!!
